Network Properties offers a full design and build service to clients wanting to build their own property in Spain. With over 10 years experience in the area, we recognise that the success of any project is down to planning and good contractual relations with both customer and our supplies.
We take our time to understand each client’s needs and expectations, as each and every project is different. We will also discuss the various options available to you and offer advice as to how you can get the most from your budget.
Buying a Plot
Depending on the style and budget of your project, some plots will be better suited than others. We can help you find the ideal plot for any size development.
Legal and Planning
We work very closely with our legal team who will make all the necessary checks on your plot to ensure that it is free from charges, and that the local town hall will issue the building licence for your project. It is essential that this work is carried out before any deposit is made.
Project Design
Most of our clients already have an idea and sketches of a design, at this stage we can sit down and expand on your initial idea and put the wheels in motion. Our architect will add those small touches that become invaluable in the final project design. Once you are completely happy with the design, the drawings will be sent to the school of architects and then the local town hall for a building licence.
Costing
Once you have approved your final design we will prepare our quotation for the construction of your property. The following table may serve as a general guide:
- Basic quality, 900 euros per m2:
Standard materials will be used with entry level floor tiles - Standard quality, 975 euros per m2:
Wall and floor tiles selected by the client and not exceed 15 euros per m2, regular pine carpentry and aluminium windows, basic kitchen) - Higher quality, 1100 euros per m2:
Central heating, wood or PVC windows, higher quality carpentry. Wall and ceramic floor tiles of 20 euros per m2 - Superior quality, 1250 euros per m2:
As above but will include more natural materials, such as Tosca and stone work
